Esteri E140.25A is a modern and smart mangle. The microprocessor control combined with durable mechanics makes the mangle effective and maintenance free.

Trustable structure

The roller is padded with steelwool, the coating is a very durable against temperature, Nomex cloth (250 g/m2). The heat channel is hard chrome. An electronic thermostat equipped with two sensors guarantees a constant temperature on the whole roller. A sturdy mechanic structure holds the machines structure in shape. Frequency converted motor. 

Maintenance friendly

Electrical parts are placed in machine ends. The ends ABS plastic cover plates are quickly removable and every maintenance unit are quickly accessible. Main components are fuse-protected which protects the circuit cards in short circuit situations. The LED-lights report of faults in the heating, roller vacuum or roller motor.

Detachable roller

The detachable roller ease remarkably the rollers and channels maintenance. The channles cleaning is easy when the roller is removed. The disengage of the roller takes maximum 20 minutes and doesn't require to dismantle the machine to pieces. Minimizes the operation breaks and reduces maintenance costs. 

User friendly

Clear and big buttons are marked with symbols. It's quick to choose the temperature and the display is large. Stepless roller speed changing, the speed is shown on the LED bars. You can control the channel with the foot pedal, pressing one time puts the channel down and a second press lifts the channel up.

Effective

A stepless change of speed makes it possible to mangle unevenly humid textiles. A thermostat equipped with two sensors keeps the roller homeothermic. The roller vacuum speeds the fading of the humidity and increases the ironing power. 

Safe to use

A foot pedal the same width as the roller lets you use both your hands to handle the textile. The finger protector stops the roller and lifts the heat channel immediately when fingers are too close to the channel. The emergency stop button stops every function in the mangle immediately. The channels emergency liftingsystem is immediately ready to use, you don't need tools to use the system. The ergonomic and round shaping increases the comfort when using the machine. 

TENAX bow stuffing

Tenax bow stuffing and Nomex felt(400 g/m2 ) increases the mangles productivity. The textiles remaining dmapness can be higher and a higher temperature can be used. The bow stuffing conserves its form better than steelwool, less maintenance and better mangeling result.
